Paragon Assess is an independent business offering full and comprehensive claims related service to the insurance industry. We assess and/or investigate insurance claims arising from accidental damage to property, including as a result of weather damage (e.g. lightning, water damage, hail damage, etc.) or fires.

At Paragon Assess we believe that it is our independence and integrity that sets us apart. The persons in the loss adjustment and supervision staff force of Paragon behave in a manner as independent, unprejudiced, impartial, and without being under any sort of influence. They determine the facts that they need to by full honesty.

We work with the insurance company in ensuring that the claim falls within the scope of the policy of the insured. We provide the insurance company with a comprehensive report of all the circumstances surrounding the claim, including supporting documentation and supplementary evidence (including photographs and video footage if necessary).

We ensure that claims are handled efficiently, ethically and timeously.

In addition, we offer Insurance replacement services. We have developed relations with key partners and suppliers for excellent services at reduced rates, which we pass on to the insurer to reduce their cost per claim.
